About StackScout
StackScout is a free, independent reference for people who use 0% intro APR credit cards, personal and business, to finance purchases, projects or balance transfers.
What we do
- 0% Intro APR Tracker: live offers checked against the issuer's own page, with a source link and last-verified date on every row. If we can't verify a term, we leave it blank instead of guessing.
- Offer changes log: a dated record of offers that change, starting from a full baseline on 2026-10-17.
- Bureau Pull Database: dated, user-reported data points on which credit bureau each issuer pulled, by state, each linked to its public source, with a confidence label.
- 0% Watch: a weekly email summarizing the above.
Methodology
- Offer terms come only from issuer or credit union web pages and their linked pricing/terms pages. Comparison sites are used only as leads.
- Each offer is re-checked on a schedule (see the README's data-refresh checklist). The "Last verified" date is when a person or agent last confirmed the terms on the source page.
- "Typical bureau(s)" on the tracker is an issuer-level pattern, not a guarantee. Bureau data points are single, self-reported events. We show their date and source and highlight the last 12 months.
- Some bureau data in the seed set comes from public CreditBoards CreditPulls records and secondary trackers (Doctor of Credit, StackEasy, finbarrow, CardRight). We credit and link each one, and we're building our own submission pipeline.
Affiliate & advertising disclosure
StackScout has no affiliate relationships today, and no link on this site earns us money. We may later join card or business-banking affiliate programs. If we do, we may be compensated when you click a link or are approved for a product. Those links will be labeled, this disclosure will be updated, and compensation will never change which offers we list, their order, or the data shown. Paid placements, if any, will be labeled "Ad" or "Sponsored."
We do not accept payment from, or promote, paid "credit stacking," "funding consultant" or business-funding broker services.
Not financial advice
Everything here is general information, not financial, credit, legal or tax advice. Terms vary by applicant and change without notice. Confirm on the issuer's site before applying. Applying for several cards can hurt your credit scores, and carrying balances after an intro period ends can be expensive.
